It says on the directions for the Diurex-which is supposed to make ya piss yer brains out-that you're supposed to drink 49 gallons of water a day. Does that not defeat the purpose of this shit? Xenadrine is the drug of choice for the night shift in the military. An added benefit is you do loose weight if yer on the "healthy" side. The Ephedra free gives just as much buzz as the E-full, but I did kinda enjoy the e-full before ethey took it away.
