It'll be his site design logo. Paul is excellent with this kinda stuff and is going to be doing this as his own business. He does it all from set up to tweaking and cosmetic beautification such as what you see here.
He's very intelligent, kind and patient. He has wonderful taste and ideas.
Even if your completely satisfied with your own blog the way it is, I'd recommend getting to know Paul anyway.
He is just such a sweetheart...
