Dr. Jeffrey R. Mc Donald, former Army Captain and Green Beret, was gang-raped by Brian Murtaugh, Judge Franklin DuPree and the "Justice" Department.
Yeah, I am re-reading "Fatal Justice".
I'm just sayin', is all.

I cannot believe so much evidence was surpressed against McDonald's innocence. What excuse could these imbeciles possibly have for hanging an apparently innocent man. How could anyone have any faith in our judicial system after reading the book I just read. Clearly, the druggie female should have been considered as a top suspect. She would surely have given up the other two if she were - and wouldn't a search warrant been in order to look at the wig hair? What kind of people are our judges and prosecutors who don't want to find the guilty - just hang someone who is "convenient". It's as disgusting to me as the war in Iraq with the WMD.

You must really really really "want" this man
to be innocent, not know he is. Everything
the lawyers explained just fell into place like
a screw that comes with the tricycle, not to
mention that this man held together wonderfully
and got on with his life in a way that a normal
human being would not be able to do who lost his
wife and two precious young daughters. Yep,
everything just fell into it's rightful place and
that, my dear friend, is why your man is guilty.

I don't quite understand what evidence you have heard that would make you feel he is 100% guilty-I used to beleive he was because I saw that movie but since than I have read everything I can possibly get ahold of on the case and I would never be able to convict him with all of the other circumstances(that were never heard at the first trial) surrounding the crime. I think he needs to walk free after 25 years, that whether he is found innocent or not he will never be compensated for his lost time, let him go live his remaining life with his new wife. As far as him returning to his life after they died(don't get me wrong, the crime was horrific and I feel very sorry for their families) we should never judge how one might handle trauma like that, everyone really does react very differently.
