I am number 4 on German Google for "Dwight Yoakam tight jeans bulge".

Unless the search term was entered enclosed withing quotation marks, Google doesn't care where or in what order the words apear. So it only means you used each of Dwight, Yoakam, tight, jeans, and bulge individually at some point and had them all showing on your front page at once.
Given your wardrobe, and your propensity for chewing him out, I don't find that hard to believe!

Hey, Dwight fills out those tight leather jeans of his better than any hillbilly rock act I know. Gettin' a little worried Dwight might be porkin' it up a little. Wanna see him back in that leather!
