All righty then...

I think I know the answer to one of my earlier questions: How do you know who wants to be pinged? From what I understand, pinging is a way to let somebody know they inspired a post on your part, so that would be considered a compliment, right? That would mean nobody should mind being pinged. Theoretically speaking...

I do, however, have two other questions, one of which I'm almost skeered to ask...

How many aspirin are normally required to be able to comprehend how to link individual posts? Where do ya find those URL's?

And...

How do ya do that 'strike out the words' thing where you can still see what was written underneath the line through it? (Lord, please let even one person know what in the hell that means...lol.)

Okay...I'm gonna go play with pinging for a while...Let's see what size ping storm I can kick up...maybe. (Oh, I will do it...soon. Promise.)

I also still have that other list of stuff I keep meaning to do...

No matter what, I am a happy camper 'cuz *skipping and singing* "I did a trackback, I did a trackback...la la la la la la..." :-}

1 See that little time thingy in blue under each of your posts? Right click on that, at copy the link. You can use that for your ping.

As for striking out text, use <strike>this</strike>.

2 In almost all cases the date and time of post on MT entries can be clicked to get the URL of an individual post. Some people have it set up so there's a permalink link in their 'posted by' line.

3 I see someone has already answered your questions, so I'll just add one thing to your to-do list. Go Here and update your blog address. I added you to my blogroll earlier and it still goes to your old address.

4 Pixy-I gotcha about the time stamp/post URL part. About the 'word strike' thing...Highlight words to be stricken and add the 'strike brackets', right? (I hope...)

PsychoDad (?-Love that name, Dude. I wear a pin on my leather jacket that says 'Psycho'. I tell people I believe in 'truth in advertising'...lol.)
I went to Blogrolling and it all looks good...I can't find any place where my old URL is, so I'm not sure why it takes you there.
I do notice, though, that whenever I follow a search or something and wind up back at Blogsnot, the blogroll is updated and changed, just like the one here. I've always wondered why...
Anybody else know?

5 I learned that to strike out a word type in front of the word, and after the word. Same principle for Bold and Italic ( or ). Hope that helps.

6 I guess that doesn't help.

7 Hmmmm.

I love puzzles....I like cryptograms, double crosses and crosswords, so let me think...what does he mean?
Uhhh
By any chance, did some of your words (or propmtps) get dropped during posting of your comments, Sarge?

If not, I'm back into decipher-mode...lol.

8 Make that 'prompts'...

(Bad fingers! Bad for type-wronging instead of type-righting!!!)
