WDH?
That's like "WTF?!", but milder.
And, what it is that I wanna know WDH about are my knees and elbows. They feel like I have something wrapped around them. Something somewhere between those stupid little wrist bands everybody wore in high school to be "cool" (but that were really for tennis), and pieces of radiator hose, or something. They're kinda stiff feeling, but not "painful". Achy, kinda, too. Why? That's my first question and if "the only answer to dat is.... pppththtthbbb", I mean 'age', let's just let that go unanswered for now. Next question is... how do I "fix" this? While it's not painful, it IS annoying and I have shit to do, besides sit around wondering about my stupid joints. Know what I mean? I got the WHOLE HOUSE (including vacuuming and mopping) done, it's rainy and all I have left to do now is the bathroom shit and beating MT Blacklist in submission, which I intend to get to today, cranky elbow joints notwithstanding. Bet whatever it is, is also what ails my knee-bones after I ride too long, too... it's either this "whatever it is" or else my stirrups are waaaay to short, which they ain't neither. Think it may be time for some Aleve. But, not if I hafta stand outside and discuss the "diagnosis" before I take the shit, like they always do in those stupid "The Doc says I'm gettin' old and arthritic" commercials. Ever notice that? Whomever it is coming home from the doc's office, they never make it into the house before their accosted and made to "spill it" right there in the driveway, usually. Why don'tcha's let 'em in and have 'em sit the hell down first. Maybe get them a glass of SOMETHING to wash down the freakin' Aleve that they're standing there IN PAIN, tellin' ya the damned doctor JUST TOLD THEM TO TAKE! Da fuck's up wit' dat, anyhow? Lord, that commercial reeeeally bugs me....Can ya tell? Anyhoo... lem'me start now, so that I may actually get the Aleve down my throat before the end of the day. Hobbling to the bathroom DOES take longer than "regular" walking, ya know... Ya don't? Heh... give it a coupla years. You will....
*weg* Peace... or squeak, depending on who ya hear first, me or my elbows... (Update @ 1:24... Ummm, do ya suppose all the pallets and bales of hay I was luggin' around yesterday might have sump'tin to do with this? I just remembered that... *giggle*)

You might need some glucosamin (sp?). It's for your joints (not the ones you smoke). I'm checking into it for my achy knees.

go to the vitamin shoppe and buy a big bottle of carlson's fish oil each month.
also, stay current by reading this guy's blog. you should make your startup page.

Put a cupla staples in your tongue and drink some Jack Daniels. The last thing you'll worry about are those aching joints! your welcome.
