Yeah, so... I hate commercials, right?
Sure nuff.
But, I've gotta tell ya, I'm finding the ones for Emerald Brand Nuts very amusing.
They're pretty hard to explain, but, suffice it to say, my favorite one is the one with the "Egomanical Normans".... AND, I actually got it on tape.
I'm taping TVLand's "BradyBradyBrady Weekend" and Emerald nuts must be a reeeeally big sponsor, 'cause their commercials come on nearly every break, but they're so funny, it's actually kinda cool.
Okay, see, here's why I normally hate commercials... they're stupid. Like this one, for Pizza Hut and they're dumb little four pizza squares pizzas. First of all, is it me, or is having a PIG for a spokesperson for PIZZA kinda dumb? Then, it's the heads on Mt. Rushmore who are arguing over and wanting the pizza. They can't decide what toppings, so Miss Piggy rappels down and explains about this stupid "four kinds at once" deal.
I HAS A QUESTION HERE... How da FRIG are the heads on Mt. Rushmore gonna eat this shit? THEY GOT NO ARMS!!!!!! This is thee stupidest commercial....
Okay, NOW my brain is bleeding.... siiiigh.
Stupidity is gonna kill me someday.

Yea, that no-arms problem is the only impediment I see to the Rushmore heads enjoying that pizza. What were the commercial writers thinking?

Ok, yeah, no arms, stone jaws that are permently shut, but, lets pretend they actually could eat. Pizza, or anything for that matter. Since they don't have a hiny either, wouldn't they eventually explode? Maybe we'll see the Stone Heads in the next Exlax commercial?
