And-a one, and-a two, and...

Okay... here we go.
This is gonna be in alphabetical order, right down the roll.

First up, we have Yvonne. I've been reading her for a while. She's always sweet, funny and poignant and these days, she's also expecting a baby girl. Since I've not had kids, being able to go through this with her is pretty cool. She's the second lady whose pregnancy I've 'watched'. Thank you, Yvonne, for what you're allowing me to share in.

Next, we have the first "other Dawn". I like her for so many reasons... not the least of which are her humor, honesty and scrappiness. I know that's kind of a corny word, but, she really is that. She works in the healthcare field in DETROIT and no matter how retarded it gets (and, I do have a good idea about that), she just stays on track and keeps things going. It never gets the best of her. And... she's changing jobs now. I hope this time, she finds one where they KNOW how good she is before it's too late.

This is a relatively new one to me. I just found Donna a coupla months ago and I just haaad to 'roll her. She's another one of those rare females... honest, funny and up-front about stuff. Plus, she loves her cats. Always a good sign to me...

Okay, for as much as I like men better than women and all, how ironic it is that the first guy be fourth in the list, huh? This is John. Altho political, he's funny and informative at the same time.

Now we have another new one to me. I think I found her over at Rob's. I like the way her blog works and she's funny, sexually adventurous and she's about to be in a wedding in July. She's also planning the bridal shower, which, by her description, oughta turn out to be one of the top ten 'excellent' showers of all time.

Dear Gawd. What can I say about this guy, except that he is absolutely, utterly, totally nuckin' futz? I've been reading him for a good long time and during that time I've come to realize he'll blog about anything... and I mean ANYTHING from ass pimples to nekkid in-laws. The boy is F-R-I-E-D. And, funnier than any 10 professional comedians. He is the Mad Magazine of the "sphere...

Then, we have Jane. I love Jane. Not only does she have the same exact birthdate as I do, she also has the exact same allergy to stupidity which makes her break out in fits of verbal vehemence as me. But, she kicks my ass all over the place when it comes to knowing computers. She's a strong, profane, intelligent woman. And, she loves her cats, too. She also may be moving from one state to another...

Here's Buzz. I like Buzz a lot. He's cute, he's funny, he does these really cool "did ya know" lists and he's in Philly. He's also currently on a weeks hiatus from blogging, but there's always the packed archives...

Next we have my other 'other Dawn'. The fact that she's not on top of a tall building with a sniper rifle what with the dipshits at her job, is amazing. Thank Gawd for her utterly cool sense of humor and strength in the face of the unremitting "Dibert"-ness she has to contend with. She's a sweet, funny down-to-earth chick who has... say it with me... KITTIES!!!!

Then, there's my blog-brother, Donnie. We were both 'sired' by Rob, having followed him into blogging. Donnie is in the military, has an outstanding and beautiful wife and is just a damned good man. His blog is also somewhat political, but, I believe he knows about which he speaks and I trust his opinions about shit. (Plus, he's reeeeally cute.)

If I ever get to Missouri again, I will not leave the state, even upon pain of death, without meeting this guy. I found him a few months ago over at the first 'other Dawns'. I laugh my ass off quite often reading him. Greg is one of the eternally cool guys who'll always be there for ya, once he knows ya, no matter how bad ya mess up. True, I've not met him, but it's obvious that's how he is, all the same. Being called a friend by this guy, especially in real life, would be an honor.

This is Geoff. I've been reading him since Dogsnot was his alone. He is funny, intelligent and sweet, but don't tell anybody that last part. He likes to have people think he's aloof and shit. He's really a good guy. And, there was that one photo he posted of himself in shorts that time.... whew. I still think he oughta use it on his sidebar.

Now, we come to Dooce. She's a new Mom, a Mormon (so is Eric) and was one of the ones who were fired because of their blog. She's also funny, sweet and real. She also knows about that "dog feet smellin' like Frito's" thing. I thought that was just me. She doesn't post every day, but she's worth the wait and get more friggin' comments per post, when she has 'em on, than I have the entire time I've been blogging. Geez.

This is Pam. Another one of the cool women. Her blog is another 'personal' one, mostly day-to-day life. They are my favorite kind. She's got horses and I like reading about how she does things with them. I can always learn more about horses. Anybody ever tries to tell ya they know everything about horses, you can bet they don't know squat. I do have one tiny question, here, though... Is her page displaying weird for anybody but me?

This is Mike. I like his style of writing and sense of humor. I'm always finding really cool shit over there, like that house in which you can turn the lights on and off.

Okay. That's 15 out of about 45. Rather than do 'em all in one huge chunk, I'm gonna do three sets of 15, three posts in a row.
Now, I'm gonna go outside for a while and find something to get into.... I need to find an old fish tank or something. There are some HUGE tadpoles and loads of minnows in the creek and I'd like to capture some to observe for a while. I wish I could find crayfish. I've had them before and they're great. It's cool as shit to feed 'em and watch 'em eat and to collect the shells as they shed 'em.

I'll be back.
Peace.

2 Hey Stevie...know what I miss most about my "young kid days"?

My own private creek. At least I thought it was mine. Nobody said it wasn't, so I just took it for granted.
