How is everybody?
Sorry I haven't been on here the last day or so, but...I've really, truly, actually been CLEAN cleaning this house. This started out with a rug shampooer and has included, so far, all manner of hand tools and heavy equipment, including a front-end loader. Yes. Literally. A front-end loader. Rather than spend the rest of the day going over what's been done, let me tell ya what's left... A bit of wash
Curtain re-hanging
Doing everything that's remotely legal to do to a floor to get it 'eat-off-it' clean, or as close as possible. This, by the way, would be the mudroom floor, so it ain't gonna be a cakewalk or anything.
Putting all the shit back from the shampooing yesterday
A few dishes
General tweaking to as close to 'perfect' as I can get it. I should be done by the end of the day... keeping in mind, of course, that sometimes my 'days' ARE 48 hours long... Anyhow... this house is almost brand new, I love it and everything else is also going good. Oh, by the way.. COULD EVERYONE WHO WAS HERE ON THE 30TH PLEASE COME BACK OVER AND SEE THIS PLACE THE WAY GOD INTENDED IT TO BE?
Thank you. I'll be waiting with coffee made. Aaaanyway... back to it. I haven't even touched this pooter, except to shut it down and unplug the phone cord to get it outta the way, since... since... two days ago? Wow.
I'm impressed.
And, see? I am NOT surgically attached to this thing, you two guys, you!!! (That'd be Ricky-poo and Whore-hay...) I'm off to finish.

WOW.. Well I am glad that you are doing well, and that the house is doing Mahhhhhvalous even with the Rug Dr...Screaming about health coverage or malpractice insurance. Damn HMO Rug Shampooers are the ruining the home renovation business. Teehee... Anyway, I was beginning to get worried there that a flash flood had come your way (sigh of relief major major relief that THAT was not the case)
