Okay now, gettin' all happy and sentimental-feelin' over puppy breath I can understand...

But...

Kid breath?

*shudder*

Ew, man.

(Thanks for the giggle, Darlin'. Maybe if you were still home, I'da felt comfortable enough to leave this as a comment... *shrugs*)

1 I can relate to the "kid breath" thing, especially after a long labor...when they plop that wee little person on you, all wrapped up....and you look him in the eye.....and you smell them for the first time....TRUE LOVE. (And who can ever know at that moment how many times they will break your heart as the years go by) BUT I will never forget that first "meeting"....especially with my first...It was amazing. (and yes, better than any puppy or kitten, as cute as they are)

That having been said, dogs and cats are easier.....KIDS are a pain in the ass.....

I have always said, if you dont have kids, you will live to be a 100. IF you HAVE kids, it will just FEEL like a 100.

2 It helps that kids don't have bad breath til they're older ;-)
