Wonder if it was a premonition on his part....or was she already exhibiting (to him) her backstabbing ways? (I dont know how far back their acquaintance goes) But I am guessing NOT that far back, as she is the sort that crashes and burns rapidly (cue up the film "Fatal Attraction")
