All hail Chablis... she found out what that critter is from yesterday...
This is him....
Isn't he gorgeous?
Now, back to what I said in the first place....
And, yeah, I'm perfectly aware that if I were to "meet" one alive and in person, I probably wouldn't think he was so beautiful as he gnawed my face off, or whatever, but, still... let me find one single trap set around here for one of these beautiful creatures and I will destroy it, just like I have every other trap- leghold, box or otherwise. Bad enough douchebags go around shooting animals, but I'll be damned if I'll tolerate trapping them and leaving them to suffer til some lardassed dickwad loser decides to get up offa the couch and go check his traps. Nuh-UH. Shoot 'em if you have to (prove your manhood that way, poor little needledick), at least they die immediately, IF you can shoot worth a shit. But, there ain't no excuse for trapping... none. Of course, I suppose some baby seal clubbing assholes would think it's okay.... Gotta go.
(Not sure if it's "to work" or "to puke" at the thought of trapping... Who thinks of this idiotic shit, anyway? And people are "scared of" Charles Manson? (Whom did NOT invent "trapping"...) Gim'me a break. Jeezus...)

I knew as soon as you said that his head looked a bit flattened that it was probably a fisher cat. We have tons of them around my area. NOT something you want to surprise on your treks into the woods but beautiful animals from a distance.

Very purty for sure!
We don't have anything that cool looking out here.

Those suckers are mean! The only thing that can kill a fisher is a porcupine. Couple years ago we had a few of those bastards around here, attacking the dogs. It took a lab, a pitbull and a german shepard to kill one.
