If this is true, it makes Gunwalker look like child's play, and would seem to make it very unlikely that this wasn't part of an Administration-wide conspiracy.
Forget impeachment. This is gas chamber-worthy.

Supplying arms to a criminal cartel that's trying to take over a neighboring country and is attacking ours as well? Yeah, I'd tend to think that that would fit a definition of 'treason'.

Waaaaaay beyond Iran Contra if true. Even if it was allegedly unintentional. Incompetence on this scale is indistinguishable from malice.

Stop it with the "incompetence" stuff and just acknowledge all these acts are both deliberate and calculating on the part of these Ivy League radicals!
They want to institiute their brand of socialism/marxism on this country the old-fashioned way: destroying it from the inside! It started with that populist phony, FDR, and continues through these internal enemies of the country.
The sooner you recognize their malice and intent, the easier it will be to defeat them. No amount of "Gee, they meant well, but are really foolish" naievite, should hide the clear evidence of their treason.
