Olby Out... But Why Should I Care?
The political blogosphere and Twitter have been in a uproar over Keith Olbermann's abrupt departure—some are saying a firing—from MSNBC.
The "highest-rated host on MSNBC"—which is damning with faint praise, indeed— will reportedly be off the air for some time as part of a contract buyout, but will soon be part of some sort of online venture. I think it's great. He wasn't worth watching on television. He'll be even easier to ignore online.

But don't you understand? This is THE DEATH OF OBJECTIVE JOURNALISM!!!!11!!1!eleventy!!1!
I feel bad for his viewers - tens, if not dozens of broken hearted progressives weeping into their TV dinners.
Take heart, he'll be back. Maybe he can assist Andrew Sullivan in investigating Sarah Palin's vagina.
