You notice that the energetic and sympathetic Mr. Garcia noted in the article is actually an illegal, a fact the Palm Beach Post doesn't mention until the 8th paragraph. However, I do give them credit for mentioning his status at all, even though they refer to him as an "undocumented Guatemalan national."
At that, Garcia would probably do a better job than some of the people Pres. Obama has picked so far.
