According to The Politico, Deomcratic Congressman Charles Rangel wants to engage in a two-front tax war.

Is it because he's trying to expand his beachhead?

1 Rangel has a long way to go to catch up with Robert Byrd in creating monuments to himself, but he's a buffoon and demagogue, whereas Byrd is not.
