This from Nawar Shora, director of the law enforcement outreach program at the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. I perceive that the Muslim religion is a religion of war and evil. I perceive that they want me converted or dead, just like their holy book says. And following the example of those who are honored above all by the media today, a leader in the Arab community, it doesn’t matter if that statement is true, what matters is the perception of that religion. Of course the difference is that my statement is based on facts while Mr. Shora’s is based on anti-Americanism does make my statement a whole lot more valid. *Note: Of thousands and thousands of interviews of terrorists at Gitmo, there have only been FIVE actual substantiated cases of "abuse" of the Koran.

It is all about culture, becasue the Bible has been desecrated time and time again, but as Americans, we were brought up in a society of freedom of expression and actions, and they were brought up in a society of monarchy and disallusions by the church and state.

That answer's not good enough for me. I refuse to accept their culture of death and murder. I honestly don't care WHY they have decided that I should be murdered. I don't care how they were brought up -- they're simply wrong to want to kill anyone who opposes their religion.

I am in total agreement with you Ogre, and it is sad to say that, but it is true. I don't know why it would be so hard for them to ask their leaders, "if suicide bombing is so great, and we get all the virgins, then why aren't you the leader the first one out the door with one strapped on yourself?".
