Yet again, Democrats show that they don't hate America -- they just hate a FREE America. Folks, this IS what you get if you're voting for Democrats -- at any level:
Obama:
The time has come to stop all freedom regarding health care in America.
Under Obama's plan, Americans would buy healthcare or go to jail.
If you are an American who doesn't want to buy health insurance, you will be forced by government to buy it, whether you want it or not.
The premiums for health insurance will go down, but the costs of all consumer goods and taxes will rise dramatically.
And an actual quote from Obama: "We are not a country that rewards hard work and perseverance."
It is not right that drug companies make profits, and Obama will stop them.
Hillary Clinton:
People in America should not be allowed to own things. Society should own everything.
Government can force all Americans to be equal regardless of effort.
Free markets are bad. Free markets should not exist because they're not fair and reward those who work hard and take risks.
All people should have college degrees, no matter their ability.
Taxes should be increased drastically on companies, causing prices to skyrocket.
Private companies should not exist.
Those who work less should be rewarded with more tax breaks, including cash payouts for working the least.
Folks, this IS the Democrat Party. And that includes all the way down to your county commissioner. I'm not asking you to agree, I'm just informing you with the facts.

I was reading how much it is going to cost somebody to fund these health care plans. Anywhere from 60 BILLION to 120 BILLION ... but they don't really say where this money is going to come from except making the "rich" pay more taxes.

I had heard Hillary saying we need to go back to "it takes a village." She is free to do so, but I want to make sure I don't live in HER village.
Now I'm off to decide on a country to expatriate to when she becomes President and tries to out-do Hugo Chavez.

QW, you know those "rich?" That's YOU, if you work hard. To these sorts of people, the "rich" are people other than themselves who earn more than $10 an hour.
Echo, you have seen all the praise Hugo is getting these days, haven't you? The EU is praising him shutting down the TV stations. I started the death watch counter awhile ago. It's only a matter of time before the killing starts getting reported.

Well, doesn't being "rich" in Hillary's book simply mean that you are someone who works, PERIOD? After all, since taxes were cut, the dems have been SCREAMING that the economy would crash, but it actually got better. Another point, don't think for a moment that they will actually pay more than is unavoidable themselves, as we KNOW FOR A FACT that Billary and sKerry have been hiding money to dodge taxes for years.

Well, they have to give to someone to buy their votes -- so they're targeting those who only work a little...

If you really want to know what the government will look like with a Dumocrat in charge take look at Michigan. We've had a Dumocrat in charge for 5 years now and it ranks last in everything and they can't balance the budget even if their own lives depended on it.
Michigan is screwed, save yourselves.

Actually, NC has had Democrats in charge for, well, all but 4 years of the last 120 or so. Seriously. But they used to be conservative Democrats -- decades ago. Now the only reason North Carolina has any economy is because lots of people keep moving here from places like Michigan...

Democrat believe anyone who makes $35,000 is rich. They will lie and tell you some phony number such as $250,000 but that is only to get support for their new program. Over time the program will change and the super rich will then be $100,000, then $50,000, etc. The real program is to make you a slave. When your only way of surviving is pleasing your master, you will.

Oh yes -- when you hear about "tax hikes for the rich," that does mean anyone who works -- including those who make $35,000.
