Idaho Judges' Intelligence
Wow. All I can say is "Wow."
This story hasn't really been big news, but it should be absolutely HUGE. In case you're too lazy to follow the link, here's a tiny, brief summary: Those who are running to be on the SUPREME COURT in Idaho either have zero knowledge of the Idaho Constitution; or they will absolutely refuse to admit that it exists. There is no other possible explanation. How can this not be giant news? Seriously, this should rate top ranking headlines across the nation. This country is supposed to be built upon a system of government that requires checks and balances -- and the Supreme Court of Idaho is going to completely ignore that entire system of government! Unfortunately, this is what the judicial system has really become in America -- a ruling class, all it's own, that follows it's own rules whenever it wants to. Judges are supposed to ONLY determine if laws agree or disagree with the Constitution -- but the Supreme Court in Idaho isn't going to do that. Instead, they are just going to, quite literally, do anything they want. After all, they don't have to answer to anyone. Perhaps it's time to abolish the current form of government -- a cross between communism and an oligarchy -- and start a new government. I've heard representative republics can work well for freedom -- at least for a little while.
