Not that it's that much different than a Republican-controlled Congress. I guess the cartoon would be a whole lot funnier if it weren't so darn true.

1 I've got a critique on what Congress has been doing on my blog, lol... in response to a crackpot's statement of the Republican led Congress being a "do nothing congress". That cartoon just about sums it up.
