Here's your chance to help. This week's World of Good post on his blog is an A-B comparison of a candid video vs. a produced one and a chance for the viewers to vote and leave feedback. Here it is: http://ktcatspost.blogspot.com/2007/04/world-of-good-wog-contest-style.html When we've garnered some data, I'll send it to all of the PAO folks I work with in the military and try to help them improve their work. This is an opinion war as much as it is a military one. If we cut and run in Iraq because of budget cuts, it's the same as if we lost on the battlefield. All of us have complained that the MSM has done a poor job broadcasting the good news. I'd suggest that the military needs to improve its message, too. Come on, go help out!

Thanks for the link, Ogre. What's interesting to me is the lack of interest in this kind of thing on the pro-war blogs. It seems as if everyone loves to throw red meat out for their readers in the form of pointing out the lies, hypocrisy and illogic of giving in to Islamofascism, but when it comes down to constructive comments aimed at persuading the unbelievers, that just doesn't go anywhere.
I've been going at this from a variety of angles and it's been slow getting any traction on it.
By the way, the candid video is outpolling the produced one by a factor of 2 to 1.

Hopefully things like this will just spread so more people can see the good that really IS coming out of Iraq, despite what the media wants to report! Thank YOU for setting this up.
