Go, Democrats, Subpoena!

Cheers to Pat Leahy (Socialist-VT)! Keep up the great work, Chuckie Schumer (Hate Party-NY)! And yes, all you "Democrat hopefuls" (Shillary, Power Mad Party-NY; Osama Obama (Muslim-IL); Joey Biden (Communist-DE); and Johnny Edwards (Class Warfare Party-Unelected) -- please continue your "hard work" on demanding testimony from the President's staff.

This is wonderful.

Seriously.

As I pointed out 2 weeks ago, there's nothing wrong here. The fired federal prosecutors specifically work for the president. He can fire any one of them at any time. That's how the government works. No one can stop him because they work for him. And don't forget, Clinton fired 96 of them, Bush fired 8. And the Democrats NEVER questioned Clinton.

But I still love this. The more often that the Democrats play stupid political games, trying to score points for elections on such absolutely useless and baseless accusations, the less often they can raise taxes and steal my freedoms.

I wonder if Bush is thinking the same thing and that's why he's digging in his heels on this issue. I'd love to see them fight these subpoenas all the way to the end and when they finally give in and appear, every single staff member should just absolutely and completely refuse to say a single word to the congressional committee.

1 If they do this, they will have rewritten the Constitution without an amendment. Another act in a now long line of treasonous acts.

They have almost 2 years to continue these actions. Just looking at a Congressman now makes me sick to my stomach. There has got to be a way to stop them.

2 Oh, they can subpeona all they want! Nothing unconstitutional about asking someone to come testify. I just would SO love to see those who come to testify just absolutely not open their mouth one time. That would just be GREAT to see on C-SPAN.

I can picture the Democrats on the panel foaming at the mouth. I can see them "Demanding" that the people speak. I can picture Rove just sitting there, mouth closed, showing no reaction. Schumer would just blow his top. He would insist that Rove HAS to speak. It would be absolutely awesome.

3 The only reason for this is, as others have said, is a witchhunt. They want these officials under oath so they can go on a witchhunt looking for stuff to use against the executive office of the president because of the building pressure from the Democratic Supporters to impeach Bush.

All these calls for impeachment are really making them nervous and the refusal to move toward impeachment is making their supporters nervous and angry. The truth is they can't impeach Bush because he has done nothing wrong that would warrant impeachment but they are committed to their lies now and have no way out.

4 Yay! Again, I applaud the Democrats and support their witch hunt! Continue with the subpoena battles! Continue attacking the White House! Call for impeachment! Heck, hold impeachment hearings! Stop the government while you attack the president! Hooray!

Because the whole time they're playing politics, they're not screwing up my life.

Yes, there's other things that should be done from a national government point of view, but I don't want the Democrats doing any of that stuff, because they'll just screw that stuff up, too -- so let them play games!

5 This is all a way that they think they can get it at Rove, because you know that is what this is all about ... Rove ... the dumocrats hate him and try to do everything in their power to get him.

I think they may hate Rove more then they hate the president.

6 A picture of Rove sitting and refusing to talk to Schumer would be absolutely priceless.
