NC Socialists Demand Socialism
This past Saturday, socialists gathered under one banner at the capital to demand the socialist democrats who run the state increase socialism even more in North Carolina. It is highly likely the Democrats will comply.
They're even more bold than they've been in recent years. They're now calling it "The People's Agenda," just like Marx, Castro, and Chavez. They have diverse demands of the North Carolina General Assembly: including surrendering the war in Iraq. No, I'm not sure how the North Carolina government can do that, but they're sure to try. They also want completely socialist medical care: so that those who work and take care of their health are required by the force of government to pay for the medical care of those who do not work and who take risky chances with their health. I'm not quite sure why these people don't move to Canada for their own personal health care needs. They also brought racists along with them who whined and complained, while looking at people only by skin color, that everyone ELSE was racist but they. They asked for tens of billions of new money to be taken from those who work and given to bureaucrats. They asked for businesses to be punished and crushed by asking for a "minimum wage" of over $10 an hour, no matter the economic consequences and massive unemployment that would cause. Senator Larry Shaw (D) agreed with the group and promised to try and get their concerns passed, despite the fact that North Carolina once had a Republican form of government.
