More Government Giveaways

Now Robeson County, NC, has given away some of it's spare cash (about $38,000) because apparently the county has too much cash. But oh, don't worry, they're not alone -- that's only one small part of $6.5 million in taxpayer money that was given away to people who wanted it.

Yes, folks, when you read next year about the tax increases across the state -- at the city, county, and state level because they simply don't have enough, keep in mind they gave Robeson Little Theatre $1,800. Why? Because they wanted it, not because they earned it, or because any citizens wanted to give them the money. American Indians Mothers, Inc. got $2,000 of cash that you worked for. How long did you have to work to earn $2,000? The American Indian Mothers didn't work at all, they just put their hand out and government threw money at them.

Oh, how I yearn for freedom.
