A Question for Racists

I have a question that I need answered. According to head racist Jesse Jackson, uttering the dreaded "n-word" is a "hate crime" and should be punished as such. However, it's only a hate crime when a white person utters it. It's perfectly okay when a black person says that word.

I need to know the exact level of pigment that's required in one's skin to where the word becomes a "hate crime." After all, I don't want to participate in these made-up crimes, so I need to know. And at what time of year must that pigment be measured? In other words, some people have darker pigment in their skin in the summer. Should skin color, when determining hate crime status, be measured at only one time of year? Are there people who might actually fluctuate between having enough pigment and then not enough? If so, are those people guilty of a hate crime only when they say the verbotten word at some times of the year?

Jesse Jackson is a racist moron. And yes, if you follow him or support him in any way, you are a racist moron, too.

2 100% agreement with the post. Je$$ie has used his race to extort millions from different corporations and his followers are stupid enough to send him even more. 7 Is that the secret? Maybe there's a formula where a certain amount of skin pigment + cash to Jesse = free use of certain words. Underneath that threshold and you're committing a hate crime.

8 Why stop with the N word?
Is ginny, wop, dago, spaghetti bender not "degrading" to Italians? There are hundreds of words that are "degrading" to wusses of all nationalities.
Are we to believe that only blacks can be offended by a word? We can expand this to religious beliefs and sexual orientations too.
Farrakhan and Sharpton can publicly call jews kikes, but that is not hate speech?
I will have to give this topic careful consideration,,,,,,if I can stop laughing.

10 You're close, Tomslick -- blacks can only be offended by the word if someone NON-black says it. That's why I'm trying to find out exactly how much pigment in one's skin allows one to utter the word.
