Jesus Banned, Bush doesn't care
A chaplain was reprimanded for daring to utter the word "Jesus" while wearing a military uniform. That's a $3,000 fine these days, in case you were wondering. In case you didn't get that the first time, that's a $3,000 fine for saying the word, "Jesus" while wearing a military uniform.
Bush's spokesman said"The president believes that chaplains ought to be free to express their religious beliefs," Snow said. "He further believes in allowing the military to handle its own issues."Apparently Bush is not aware that HE is the commander in chief and HE is the one that gets to decide the rules for the military. Jesus: Banned in the American Military.
