Property Rights: Riviera Beach, FL
Perhaps, since you hadn't heard about the fight for property rights in Riviera Beach, Fl, you thought it was all settled. If you thought that, you'd be wrong. Instead, government officials in Florida continue to use their monopoly power on force to attempt to harass and intimidate any who oppose them.
Governments are supposed to serve people, not the other way around. Any government official that's found using the power of government to harass and intimidate should be removed from power immediately -- but if the government controls the power, what power can be used? When the mayor sends the police to harass you, what choice do you have? Who can you call? Where do you go for help?
