Libertarian Party still outlawed in NC

Cicero has a detailed analysis of the current ballot (non-) access laws in North Carolina and the recent manuverings by the Democrats in the NC Senate. They did pass a slight change to the law -- but not without getting MORE money for the state from it (notice a trend with the NC Democrats here?)
