Safer Driving in NC
All roads will suddenly be safer now in North Carolina. You see, the Democrat-led North Carolina General Assembly just made it illegal for teenagers to drive and talk on a cell phone. I look for insurance rates across the state to drop dramatically since we're all safer now, thanks to the General Assembly.
There's no word on when the bill will be expanded to make it illegal to eat french fries, drink sodas, shave, read, or talk while driving.

Don't forget applying lipstick and combing one's hair. Using the laptop or PDA. Jamming along to the radio.
I'd mention yelling back at the radio playing Air Deadbeat, but since no one can get them more then 30 yards away from the stations......

No, no, all that is okay. Apparently none of that actually affects teen drivers -- ONLY talking on the cell phone.
