Gambling in NC

The Democrat-Led North Carolina General Assembly has finally made clear their position on gambling in the state of North Carolina: Gambling shall be allowed clear and fully without limits -- as long as the state runs all gambling interests because they want a large piece of the action.

No other conclusion is logical (but then again, logic is NOT a strong point of North Carolina Democrats) -- just this week the North Carolina "Powerball" lottery to line politician's pockets started and at the same time the legislature banned video poker, despite the millions in campaign bribes contributions made by the industry into The Most Exhalted Leader Jim Black's accounts.

While I base all decisions on whether government should do something on whether it makes us more free; the Democrat-led North Carolina General Assembly weighs all decisions on whether or not they get more control and power-- and that's just wrong.
