Antagonist Alliteration

Quite awhile ago, That 1 Guy had a few posts looking for a story with alliteration. Well the last couple days I've not been able to get the [evil booming voice] "Butcher of Bakersfield" [end booming voice] out of my head.

So I was wondering -- what other alliterative bad guy titles can you come up with? Feel free to start with any letter and try not to overuse "Bush" in the title...
