Easley's Tax Cut

Is a damn lie. Then again, that maxim seems to work VERY well in North Carolina: "If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it."

The sales tax "cut" is simply a smaller increase. He's INCREASING spending by over 1 BILLION dollars. That's NOT a cut. He's out and out lying, and he knows it.
