Charlotte Property Taxes

Charlotte is likely to get an 11% tax increase this year. It is NOT the first tax increase in 10 years -- it's the first tax increase in the past couple weeks. Why do they need more money? It's NOT for this:

Anyone who tells you any different is just lying, plain and simple. If you live in Charlotte and value freedom or good government, get out now -- that city is beyond hope.
