The Night Sky
The full moon at night can create some interesting views and taking it's picture can be difficult...

I can vouch for this photo, as I have a few in my own collection. The most "interesting" photo I've ever seen, however, was from the Yellowstone "area" during a meteor shower. It seems the photographer left his shutter open for the entire shower and caught EVERY SINGLE ONE, although it came out as streaks, but it looked SO COOL!
Now, as for Ogre's pic, I vouch for the fact that the night sky can look like this, but if this is real, or just part of the VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY (of which I'm a member, but I haven't gotten the memo on this one), I'll leave that to Ogre.

Is this an illustration of the present state of American politics?

I suppose...I'm not sure I can come up with all those comparisons...
