Hot Blog Sauce
Do you like Hot Sauce? I love it. Now I don't like the hot sauce that burns your taste buds off your tongue. But I do like things hot. For example, I like crushed red pepper on the pizza, and I like Tabasco on my BBQ.
There's two big blogs that blog about hot sauce (that I know of): The Hot Zone Online, and Hot Sauce Blog. Well, it wasn't enough to just blog about it, Nick introduced a brand new hot sauce for bloggers. No really, the name of the hot sauce is "Hot Blog Sauce!" And all proceeds from it's sale go to the American Cancer Society. I already ordered mine -- I'll post a review after I try it!

I like hot sauce, but I like it for the flavor, not just because it's hot. If the stuff is hot, but has no flavor or a bad one, I won't eat it.
I'll let you test taste it first. Then again, you do like spam... maybe you aren't the best judge for this.

I like both -- the hotness and the flavor. And yes, there is such a thing as too hot.
I wonder what Spam is like with hot sauce...

You have to try this one.
Grind up banana peppers in a blender or food processer (include the seeds). Grind up some jalepinos if so inclined.
Measure how much of that mush you have and throw it in a pot.
Add the same amount of yellow mustard and also vinegar. 3 equal parts. Cook it down a while and can it if you made a huge batch.
You will thank me for this.
