Quit Damn Whining

Again the non-stop complaining and whining from champions of taking your money away from you. Once again, it's the University of NC system that's complaining that despite budget increases and tuition increases,

UNC finds itself having to trim what is less fat and more muscle and bone.

Yeah, they need more money to teach crap like that, don't they? If the government weren't paying for this "institution," it wouldn't even exist -- and that would be a good thing.

2 Most of it goes to "administration" fees. You would be shocked to know how much administrators make in the NC College System...never mind benefits and retirement.
