Llama!
No really, this IS a picture of a llama. Cute little bugger, isn't it? That there's gold you're looking at -- up to four dollars an ounce for that fur. Hmm...maybe it's time to start a new business...

Awe, cute . . . so you are going to stop eating llamas and start selling their fur? Where is PETA when you need them?

Having owned a hunting and fishing store in Colorado, I'm reminded of a comment our hunting outfitters liked to make in reference to llamas: "How do you pack a llama?" Answer? "On either side of a mule." Colorado llama breeders thought their "beasts of burden" would be highly prized by hunters. Hunters have NO confidence in them.

Who said anything about stopping eating them? You just shave them before you eat them...
And VW, they're like sheep -- you just trim them -- but from what I'm reading you only get one good trimming a year.
Beasts of Burden? I haven't heard of anyone even considering that, Dagney! I thought they were pretty much just raised for fur and meat.
