Turn in the criminal or kill them?
In Arizona, a ranch has just been given to two illegal aliens. Why? Because they claimed to suffer from "Post-traumatic stress syndrome" from being detained by the owner of the land. The owner detained the criminals for trespassing and called authorities. The authorities came and apprehended the illegals.
The illegals then sued with the help of San Diego attorney James McElroy (American hater from the "Southern Poverty Law Center"). They apparently won the land in the lawsuit. Kender makes a very valid point:the next guy
that catches a couple of them are gonna do just that.......now that a precedent has been set regarding property it is a better bet to kill people than to take a chance that you will lose everything and go to jail
So this is what we've been reduced to, thanks to the far overreaching hands of liberal government. People in the west have been burying "endangered" species for years -- they'd rather kill an attacking wolf or bear than die. But if you kill and "endangered" species, you can go to jail. So the people in many areas of the west shoot them, then hide the bodies. Now, apparently, according to the government, that is the way to deal with illegal alien trespassers. If you catch one on your property, if you call the police, you will lose your land and your livelihood. But if you catch one trespassing on your property, kill them, and bury them, all is ok. Your federal judges in action.
