Pfizer Products Suck
I noticed the news in a couple of places now that the city of New London not only wants to take land from one private citizen and give it to another (and has the blessing of the US Supreme Court via Kelo vs. New London), but now they want the people whose land they are taking to pay rent!
Yes, not only will they screw you, but if you DARE to fight city hall, not only will you lose, but you will pay a cash FINE for attempting to resist them! I'm quite sure the next step, if it hasn't already been taken, will be for the city to sue the homeowners for legal fees, too! Once again, this is far beyond wrong. If I own property, I own it. Anyone who wants it from me can try and take it, but you're not getting it while I still live. THAT's the spirit of this country. FREEDOM is what this country is all about. But more and more unelected royalty and even elected corrupt officials do not like freedom and individuals, so they try and destroy them. Grau, over at Frizzen Sparks, has an idea -- boycott Pfizer products. Why Pfizer? Because that's the company that is going to be given these private citizens' land. He's posted a list of all Pfizer products. He's also posted Pfizer's contact information in case you want to write them a letter. He suggests

In the U.K, houses can be purchased if developers need to build a road, but they always offer a certain percent *more* than the market value.
