By Your Own Words
A few words to those people who are still voting for Democrats, especially in North Carolina. I'd like to point out exactly where the people you are voting for stand on things -- they certainly won't tell you -- but I'll just let them speak for themselves:
Paul Luebke, Democrat Representative:“The question is still open whether cutting any tax ... is a good idea.’’That's correct. Your Democrats in the House of Representatives honestly believe that cutting ANY tax is a bad idea. That's why they raised dozens and dozens of taxes on YOU this year, including cable, television, newspapers, movies, food, sales, and income taxes. Rep. Hugh Holliman (D-Davidson):
"to make that decision [legislative decisions] it comes down to the fairness for the people of North Carolina."Your Democrat Representatives do not believe in truth or justice. They make their decisions not based on whether something is right or wrong, but whether or not it's "fair." So much for the uniquely American Way. Rep. Bill Culpepper:
"I have no agenda except loyalty to my speaker"And just in case you were under the illusion that calling or communicating with your Democrat Representative had a purpose, they confirm that is not the case. They will continue to do what they want, when they want, to enrich themselves, no matter what you say. Still enjoy voting for Democrats in North Carolina?

Perhaps, Democrats are looking at how Bush's tax cuts deeply affected our economic well-being. After the damage done, it's easy to see why Democrats would feel they need to raise taxes instead of cutting them.

Ah, but these are Democrats at the state level -- where there haven't been ANY cuts in any taxes in 10 years -- only increases, every single year.
