Insurgents go high-tech

Seems that the insurgents Islamofacists are not adverse to using high tech training techniques in training their sniper forces to a higher effective proficiency. They are also using the net as a tool for recruitment of suicide bombers.

That's the "RoP" for you...obtain high technology; use it to spread hate and make your killing activities more effective.
