Wonder just WHAT she's been smoking... I can't believe that any politician could be so arrogant as to suggest that a bill should be passed without knowing just what it's ramifications are going to be. California, one of your mental patients is running loose !

Any normal sane person would know that if something was causing great controversy; it probably wouldn't be wise to make it public policy without a great deal of debate.
