Riding a Dead Whale to National Health Care

The Democrats are using the death of Ted "The Swimmer" Kennedy as an impetus to try to pass the ~~ObamaCare~~ ChappaquiddickCare bill through on a wave of sympathy for the late Senator, claiming it was the bill he most wished to get passed....knowing Teddy's proclivities for harassing women, might it be said that the Dims want to "Win One for the Zipper"?
