Fred the rabbit loves spinach and kale.
He's only 'eh' about parsley. He doesn't like mustard greens.

Mustard greens have bite. That's probably why he doesn't like it.
Try some other greens like Chinese bok choy, broccoli and Napa cabbage.
Ours liked parsnips a lot too.
